Teacher: Danyel Dean

CLL Teacher since 1976 Danyel started in ceramics at UCLA in 1967. Her attachment to the medium was immediate and ongoing through her graduate work at UCLA and as an Extended Learning teacher since 1976. With ceramics a constant in her life, she has also enjoyed four different careers along the way, including achieving her MA in Art Therapy.

Danyel offers the ultimate encouragement:

Everyone can do this; you can make something new each class session. Teaching here nourishes my spirit. It’s a full joy to share the creative process.
